Saudi Arabia
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with Riyadh as capital
is a country of the Arabian peninsula. It limits with the Arab Iraq,
Jordan, Kuwait, Omán, Qatar,
United Arab Emirates and Yemen. The climate is
dry and warms up. Half of the country is vacated for being a desert of
extreme temperatures with certain zones where are oases. In most of
Saudi Arabia the vegetation is little and it limited to some grass
and shrubs. The fauna composes wild cats, monkeys baboons, wolves and
hyenas. The coast on the Red Sea, particularly the reefs of chorales,
have a rich marine fauna. Saudi Arabian culture mainly revolves around
the religion of Islam. Islam's two holiest sites, Mecca and Medina, are
located in the country. Five times every day, Muslims are called to
prayer from the minarets of mosques which are scattered around the
